By using two trekking poles instead of traditional tent poles, you're able to eliminate weight from your kit and save precious space in your pack. Hyperlite's design team has incorporated ultralight Dyneema Composite Fabric and No-See-Um Mesh to create a backcountry shelter that will keep the weather and bugs out, all in a package weighing just 1 lb 8 oz.
Try as it might, wind-blown rain won’t breach tall side walls, and attachment to the fly keeps the floor in place. The two doors, equipped with #3 YKK Aquaguard zippers and magnetic toggles, create welcome vestibule space for your gear. The guylines use 2mm Lawson high-visibility Ironwire - one of the lightest, most durable and highly visible accessory cords available.
